5. Service Quality and User Responsibilities
- Customers and Service Providers are responsible for the quality, timing, and legality of the services performed or received.
- Mistry Market is not liable for any issues arising from services provided or customer, including but not limited to damage, injury, or unsatisfactory results done by users of Mistry Market.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in the following activities:- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent themselves in any way.
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users.
7. Disclaimer of Liability for User Conduct
Mistry Market is a neutral platform and does not supervise, monitor, or control the actions of Customers or Service Providers. While we aim to connect Customers with reputable Service Providers, Mistry Market is not responsible for any illegal, unethical, or unsafe actions taken by any User. If illegal activity is reported or suspected, Mistry Market will cooperate with law enforcement and may disclose necessary information about the involved Users, including names, addresses, and transaction history, to authorized government officials.8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:- Mistry Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our Services.
- Mistry Market disclaims any liability for personal injuries, property damages, or losses incurred by Users due to their interactions or transactions with each other.
